At Vinas Beauty, we strive to provide the highest standard of service. To secure your appointment, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Package appointments may require a higher deposit.

Please note: 

- A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled. 

- Appointments may be rescheduled once with sufficient notice. Any further changes will require a new non-refundable deposit. 

- No refunds are given for completed treatments. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to assess the treatment and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary correction or touch-up. Refunds will not be issued.
